We explore advanced solid-state and chemical hydrogen storage materials, including high-entropy alloys, to achieve high storage density and excellent cycling stability. Our research also focuses on developing safe and efficient hydrogen logistics systems, enabling reliable storage, transportation, and utilization across the entire hydrogen value chain.

Hydrogen Utilization
Our research advances fuel cell and hydrogen combustion technologies for efficient and clean energy conversion. We focus on integrating hydrogen systems with microgrids and thermal networks to enhance overall energy efficiency. Applications span across transportation, industrial processes, and building energy systems, driving the realization of a comprehensive hydrogen-based society.

Power Grid and Hydrogen System Integration
We develop integrated “Hydrogen–Power–AI” collaborative operation models to optimize energy generation, storage, and utilization. Through smart energy management and seamless integration with renewable sources, our research aims to enhance system resilience, flexibility, and efficiency toward achieving a sustainable and intelligent energy ecosystem.

Policy & Public Engagement
Our research addresses hydrogen-related policies, standards, and safety frameworks to support the sustainable growth of the hydrogen economy.
